Bishop Steven Lopes, bishop of the Ordinariate of St. Peter offers a reflection on Christ's presence in the Eucharist, based on an experience he had at his first Christmas Midnight Mass as a priest. Through the Eucharist, we are drawn into relationship with Christ, and through him to the Father: we are invited into the love of the Trinity. This is made possible by Christ's total sacrifice of the Eucharist, which is none other than the sacrifice on calvary. And through the Eucharist we are called to serve God and our neighbor.
This video is the final one in a series produced by the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter in support of the National Eucharistic Revival.
