The Saint Margaret of Scotland Needlework Guild has worked for several years enhancing the beauty of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Walsingham. They have stitched the kneelers on the sanctuary steps, at the communion rail, and in the Holy House Chapel, as well as cushions in the chancel. The designs for the kneelers incorporate traditional Christian symbols and iconography specific to Our Lady of Walsingham.
Hear the story of this guild and how they have begun to pass down this tradition to subsequent generations. To read more about the guild, please visit https://olwcatholic.org/needlework-guild.
