Jesus didn’t simply leave us a message or instructions to follow. He left us a Church, where we uniquely encounter the love of God through the Sacraments and in community with other believers. Though the Church has often suffered from the sin and brokenness of its members, she has also produced many great saints and made significant contributions to society and culture. The Church is where we, too, can go from being sinners to becoming saints.
